To gain some sense of what Traces is all about, imagine that traditional, old-school circus skills and modern dance have been melded together and placed in a contemporary urban milieu.
Here there are five performers, all well versed in acrobatics and feats of strength, each one primed to give the audience that necessary shot of adrenaline.
Not to be overlooked either is the eclectic soundtrack, which serves to heighten the tension and anticipation to breaking point.
Just a spectacular show, this one, and full to bursting with exciting routines.
Traces is on tour throughout the UK until the end of March.
